Terms & Conditions of Hire
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the equipment to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to users or damage to the mascot equipment.
This mascot equipment has a recommended operating age of 18 years
A responsible adult must Chaperone the mascot at all times, as vision is not as clear when in the suit
No smoking or barbecues or naked flames near the mascot equipment No food or drinks to be consumed whilst wearing the mascot equipment
The Mascot must not carry cakes etc. as it is not safe
No face-paints must be used near the mascot suit or be worn by the mascot operator as it can permanently stain the equipment.
People with a history of back or neck problems are not recommended to use the mascot equipment.
People with skin sensitivity may experience a reaction to the fabrics and materials of the Mascot Costume and are not recommended to use the mascot equipment.
The mascot equipment must be kept away from water. This includes rain, hail, snow, drizzle, humidity & swimming pools.
The mascot equipment must be returned in the same condition it was collected i.e. clean, unsoiled and undamaged. Any Marks that are on the suit will be pointed out to you before you take the suit away. If it does come back soiled or damaged, the hirer will be expected to pay any cleaning costs, this will be taken from the refundable deposit
The Mascot needs to be returned by 8.00pm the same day (unless agreed otherwise) else the hirer will incur a charge of £20.00 per day it’s late. This will be deducted from the refundable deposit
We cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to any persons using the suit
The Above guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.
